In general, most students find life organized and friendly on the campus. The students are expected to be aware of their responsibilities, as adult citizens of the country enjoy their rights. The university will not support any act that is illegal as construed by the law of the land. The university will also not support the misdemeanor and desecration of any prohibition imposed by the university administration from time to time. Students should conduct themselves both inside and outside the university in a manner that is befitting of a university’s importance. In addition to being mature and responsible in conduct, the students are expected to respect the rights of the other members of the university community.

Students can engage themselves with different clubs and societies like the cultural club, literary club, art club, sports club, media club, social club, etc. All the clubs/societies have their own student’ body and are guided by a faculty advisor. Every year, the university organizes an athletic meet and a cultural fest.

The DSW Office is here to ensure students’ safety and well-being. For that, we have the Anti-Ragging Committee, Disciplinary Committee, Grievance Committee, ICC (Internal Complaint Committee), etc.

The university has two ultra-modern hostels, one for boys and one for girls, with free Wi-Fi; each one has around 350 beds. All the hostels have their individual team of wardens and assistant wardens who are available 24 x 7 to help the students in case of any emergency. The university premises is secured with CCTV vigilance and a 24-hour security system.

University is a place where you will have overall progress. It is our goal to make your university experience a very fulfilling and successful one by giving support of resources.
